About This Space

Welcome to my corner of the internet—a quiet digital garden where I collect thoughts, code, and coffee stains.

I've spent nearly two decades architecting UNIX systems and building backend solutions that others rely on without noticing. There's something beautiful about infrastructure that just works, like a well-oiled machine humming in the background while life unfolds around it.

When I'm not wrestling with servers, you'll find me surrounded by my favorite crew: my wife of twenty years and our four-year-old, who keeps me grounded in wonder.

What I'm Working On

These are the things currently occupying my mind—and occasionally my terminal:

  • Infrastructure Distributed systems automation
  • Open Source CLI utilities for ops teams
  • Experiments Home lab chaos engineering
  • Personal Family photo archive migration
